Nick Mattick is one half of the musical comedy duo Smart Casual. In 2009, Smart Casual featured in the Melbourne International Comedy Festival's handpicked selection of hot new talent, 'The Comedy Zone', before going on to tour in every state and territory in Australia, and internationally to Singapore and India. Smart Casual have also written and performed 6 one-hour comedy shows since 2009 including, 'Same Mother, Different Fathers', 'The Other Brother' and 'The Story of Captain Entrée'.
In 2015 Smart Casual disbanded to get real jobs and Nick went on to produce and perform in 3 more comedy festival shows with comedy super group 5 servings of Ham in 'I depend on you', 'Tangara through my Heart' and 'Mother carriage and her 7 stories of Woe'.
As an actor Nick has appeared in a wide variety of performance mediums including stage, television, advertisements and film. In 2012 Nick was a finalist for Tropfest, with the short film 'Y2GAY' produced and directed by Dan Ilic and James Pender.
